Dr. Jordan C. Grabel is the Medical Director of the Gamma Knife Center at
the Cancer Institute at Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Dr. Grabel trained in Gamma
Knife Radiosurgery at the University of Pittsburgh, the Gamma Knife's first U.S. site.
Dr. Grabel was the first neurosurgeon to perform Gamma Knife radiosurgery in Palm
Beach County. He has performed more radiosurgey than any other surgeon in the county and
he lectures frequently on the use of Gamma Knife in the treatment of brain tumors
and trigeminal neuralgia. Dr. Grabel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Colgate
University where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He received his
Medical Degree from Brown University School of Medicine in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr.
Grabel completed his surgery and neurosurgery training at Mount Sinai Medical Center in
New York City. At Mount Sinai he received the Association of the Attending Staff award for
House Staff Excellence. Dr. Grabel has been on staff at Good Samaritan Medical Center in
West Palm Beach, Florida since 1991, and he has served as Chief of Neurosurgery and
Chairman of the Medical Staff. He is board certified by the American Board of Neurological
Surgery, and he is an active member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons,
Congress of Neurological Surgeons, American College of Surgeons, and American Medical
Association.

Dr. Anne Lewis practices
Radiation Oncology at Good Samaritan Medical Center and St Mary's Hospital. She received
her Gamma Knife training at University of Pittsburgh, and additional training in
radiosurgery at Harvard. Dr. Lewis attended medical school at Wayne State University in
Detroit. She completed residency at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard University.
She is Board Certified in radiation oncology by the American College of Radiology. Dr.
Lewis is the chairman of the Pediatric Investigational Review Board at St Mary's Hospital
and she is on the Board of the American Cancer Society, West Palm Beach Division.
She is a member of ASTRO and the Children's Oncology Group.

Fred Asprinio is the Head Physicist at the Gamma Knife Center and
the Head of Physics at St. Marys Medical Center. He received an M.S. in Biomedical
Engineering at Case Western Reserve University, an M.S. in Radiological (Medical) Physics
at University of Colorado, and received his Gamma Knife training at University of
Pittsburgh. He is Board Certified in radiation therapy physics and a member of the
American Association of Physicists in Medicine.
