Jordan C. Grabel M.D., F.A.C.S. Dr. Grabel was the first neurosurgeon to perform Gamma Knife radiosurgery in Palm Beach County. He has performed more radiosurgey than any other surgeon in the county and he lectures frequently on the use of Gamma Knife in the treatment of brain tumors and trigeminal neuralgia. Dr. Grabel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Colgate University where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He received his Medical Degree from Brown University School of Medicine in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Grabel completed his surgery and neurosurgery training at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. At Mount Sinai he received the Association of the Attending Staff award for House Staff Excellence. Dr. Grabel has been on staff at Good Samaritan Medical Center since 1991, and he has served as Chief of Surgery and Chairman of the Medical Staff. He is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery, and he is an active member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons, American College of Surgeons, and American Medical Association.
